I love monograms. I love classic monograms, contemporary monograms, single letter monograms, monogram embroidery...I just love them. I decided to dedicate Mondays to all things monograms.
For my kick-off monogram Monday, I decided to add a "C" to a mini garden toolbox that I picked up at Joann's a while back on the clearance rack for $1.97. I used some off-white craft paint for the "C", went over it with an antiquing glaze, and took my sandpaper to it. Then I wrapped some jute tightly around the handle, and glued the ends down.
Now I had a cute place to hold some of my seashells!
